Syntrax ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Syntrax platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Username, email address, and password (stored securely via Firebase Auth).
- Profile data: Points, streak, task history, referral code, STRX ID, and social handles you voluntarily connect.
- Wallet address: The public blockchain address you connect to receive rewards.
- Task submissions: Screenshots and proof links you upload for task verification.
- Payment records: Transaction hashes submitted for premium badge purchases.
- Usage data: Login timestamps, page interactions, and activity logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the Syntrax platform.
- To verify task submissions and award points.
- To process premium badge purchases and send USDT rewards.
- To display your public profile and STRX ID on leaderboards.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and multiple accounts.
- To communicate platform updates and important notices.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment card information. Premium purchases are made directly via USDT transfers on BNB Chain or Base — we only receive your public wallet address and the transaction hash you provide.
4. Public Information
Your username, STRX ID, total points, verified referral count, and earned badges are publicly visible on leaderboards and your profile page. Your email address and wallet address are never publicly displayed.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Auth). We implement industry-standard security practices. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase: Authentication and database storage.
- Firebase Storage: Task screenshot uploads.
- BscScan / Base block explorers: Wallet score verification (public blockchain data only).
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
8. Your Rights
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@syntrax.xyz.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. See our Cookie Policy for details.
