Welcome to Syntrax. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Syntrax or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use Syntrax.

2. Platform Description

Syntrax is a crypto task and reward platform where users earn points by completing social tasks, daily check-ins, riddles, and referrals. Points are used for leaderboard competition and future $STRX token airdrop allocation. Prizes are distributed in USDT to connected wallets.

3. Account Rules

• One account per person only. Multiple accounts result in permanent ban of all accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Your username becomes your permanent public profile identifier once set.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Accounts found to be automated, bot-driven, or fraudulent will be banned immediately.

4. Task Submissions & Points

• All task proof submissions must be genuine and accurate. Fake screenshots or invalid links result in an immediate permanent ban.
• Points are awarded at our discretion after admin or moderator review.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Syntrax reserves the right to adjust point balances if errors or fraud are detected.

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are awarded only after the referred user completes a minimum of 15 verified tasks. Attempting to game the referral system through fake accounts or coordinated abuse will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all rewards.

6. Premium Badges

Premium badges (OG Shareholder at $49 USDT and Gold Premium at $19 USDT) are purchased via USDT transfer to our designated wallet address. All sales are final. Badges are activated manually after payment verification. Syntrax does not guarantee specific airdrop values or token prices.

7. Spin Feature

The daily spin feature provides one free spin per day. Additional spins require a fee of 0.10 USDT per spin, paid on BNB Chain or Base. Spin results are randomized. Fees paid for spins are non-refundable. Points earned from spins are credited to your account balance.

8. Rewards & Payments

• USDT rewards are paid to your connected wallet address. Providing an incorrect wallet address results in permanent loss of funds — Syntrax cannot recover lost funds.
• Syntrax processes reward payments at our own schedule and timeline.
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards from users who have violated these Terms.

9. $STRX Token

$STRX is a planned future token. It is not currently live. Points accumulated on the platform represent a potential future allocation in the $STRX airdrop, subject to the terms announced at the time of the airdrop. Syntrax makes no guarantees about the value, timing, or availability of $STRX.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to earn points or complete tasks.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts.
• Manipulating leaderboards, referral systems, or spin results.
• Submitting fraudulent task proofs.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Harassing other users or platform staff.

11. Termination

Syntrax may suspend or permanently ban any account at any time for violating these Terms, without notice and without liability. Banned accounts forfeit all points, pending rewards, and premium badge benefits with no refund.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Syntrax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or specific outcomes from using the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntrax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the update date at the top of this page.
